Quarry Hill Park was formerly the grounds of the Rochester State Hospital. Learn about some of the Park's historic structures before a short hike to the manmade sandstone cave. Following the cave tour is an optional hike to a featured historical site. Pre-registration recommended; space is limited.

Dragonflies and damselflies are amazing creatures – ferocious predators, fantastic flyers, with incredible body shapes, beautiful colors, and a distinctive life cycle. Join us at 3 pm at the kiosk near the boat landing to catch some of these alien-looking creatures to examine up close. Families with children are welcome at this fun activity. Honors Choirs of SE MN presents: Fiddler on the Roof! This is the 9th annual, fully-staged musical production, featuring nearly 100 actors, singers, and musicians of all ages from the Rochester and surrounding communities. As part of the Rocherfest celebration, 4 shows only: 6/23, 6/24 at 7:30 pm, 6/25 at 8:00 pm, and 6/26 at 2:30 pm.

RAC is proud to announce the installation of Burnt Matchstick, a newly commissioned large-scaled sculpture by artist Karl Unnasch, beautifully installed in the Remick Sculpture Garden. This work, resembling a burnt matchstick, is constructed of welded steel and colored glass and is illuminated from within with a solid state LED system, making it visible at night from many viewing perspectives. Residents and visitors alike are invited to participate in the program, which encourages children ages birth through (entering) 6th grade to participate in reading and learning activities over the summer months.

The Heritage House Victorian Museum, located in Central Park in downtown Rochester, is open for summer visitors to take a trip back 140 years! Visit the museum and see how an upper middle class family would have lived in 1875. Tours take 45-60 minutes depending on the interest of the guest.
