We begin boarding at 12:30pm and seating is first come first served. Tours are 90 minutes long; there is a narration and we cruise on Lake Pepin the largest River Lake on the Mississippi. We have a full bar and snacks available on every cruise. The lower level is enclosed, and air conditioned the upper level is open air, with a canopy. Restrooms are available.

Two of Flannery O’Connor’s well- known short stories, Good Country People and A Good Man is Hard to Find, produced for the stage. Director Katelyn Slater hopes to portray the extreme humor in O’Connor’s stories as well as the writer’s use of the violent and grotesque to show life as a whole. There will be a post-play discussion with the director and cast concerning the plays, the relevance of O'Connor's work today and other topics of interest.

John Paulson & Eric Heukeshoven: John Paulson (sax & flute) and Eric Heukeshoven (piano) will be playing their usual superb blend of recognizable jazz standards, light bossa novas and blues.

Inspired by Miguel de Cervantes 17th century masterpiece, Don Quixote, this is a musical adaptation of Wasserman's 1959 teleplay, I, Don Quixote.  The tale of the "mad" knight, Don Quixote, is told as a play within a play performed by Cervantes and his fellow prisoners as he awaits his hearing with the Spanish Inquisition.  

Historic Forestville opens for the season with an event focusing on the area in early territorial times. Visitors can take a 15-minute ride on a horse-drawn wagon and meet a costumed interpreter who will share stories about the history, people, buildings and businesses that were vital to the village in the 1800s.
