Singer/songwriter Ann Reed diverges from her usual repertoire to pay tribute to Dorothy Fields, who wrote “I Can't Give You Anything But Love,” “Big Spender,” and more classics. Reed and fellow musicians Denise Tabet, Dan Chouinard and Joan Griffith perform “Nothing But Class: The Songs of Dorothy Fields,” at Crossings.

Two painters whose painting styles differ nonetheless share common roots in the friendship that sprouted 30 years ago in a college ceramics class.
