Details
Enjoy biking, rollerblading, jogging, observing the Giant Canada geese, and strolling around Silver Lake. Paddleboat, canoe, tandem bikes, bicycle strollers, and more rentals are available. Visitors may picnic and explore the Children's Adventure Playground, a completely wheelchair and handicapped accessible playground facility, or enjoy a day of swimming at the outdoor pool. Park also features a tier one skate park. Much of the Silver Lake's shoreline is within a publicly owned park and offers easily accessible angling opportunity in an urban environment. Bluegill, black crappie, and white sucker are the most common species.
- Stroll, jog, rollerblade, or bike the 1.8 mile loop around the lake. Bikes, tandem bikes, and bicycle strollers are available for rental at Silver Lake Boat & Bike Rental
