The library offers programs for all ages, and special services, such as reference, reader's advisory, and Internet access. There is convenient parking in the Civic Center ramp with the first hour free during weekdays and free parking during evenings and on weekends.
Out-of-state visitors may obtain a temporary library card for $10, valid for 60 days, which allows a check-out limit of up to 10 items.
