The Minneapolis-based Theater of Public Policy will present its unique form of improvisation comedy in Rochester for the first time at 8 PM on Saturday, July 21 live from the Lobby Stage of the Rochester Civic Theatre. The show is entitled "The University of Minnesota in a Shopping Center--Are You Kidding? Guest experts, Stephen Lemkuhle and John Wade, will be interviewed by the Theater of Public Policy Improv Team, who will then create humorous skits based on key points discussed.
