Reed Canary Grass has taken over their creek valley and Tim Gossman is researching methods to control it and grow trees. Reed Canary Grass is an aggressive perennial grass that threatens wetlands and areas near creeks and rivers were its dense roots and tall foliage prevent new trees and shrubs from growing.
